For over 25 years, Jeff has coached at the highest levels of college football, including powerhouse programs such as Michigan, Illinois, Kansas, and San Diego State. As a former All-American quarterback and elite recruiter, he built leaders under pressure, developed talent others overlooked, and helped teams rise through grit, clarity, and relentless focus.

Today, Jeff brings that same intensity to the business world as President and Board Director of Signing Day Sports, where he helped lead the company’s complete rebuild and rebranding, culminating in a successful public listing on the NYSE American. He played a critical role in raising over $6 million, rebuilding the company's operational infrastructure, and guiding it through the SEC and NYSE processes, transforming it into a growth-driven tech platform at the intersection of sports and innovation.

But behind the titles is a deeper story. Jeff’s leadership philosophy was forged through pressure, setbacks, and the unwavering belief that adversity is not a barrier — it’s a launching point. At the core of everything Jeff does is his family. He and his wife Tiffany have been married for over 25 years and are the proud parents of three children — Riley, Michael, and JR.
